This ramen really is good — the broth is rich across the several options I've tried, and the toppings and meat are great too.
The chef is Japanese and the Japanese community frequents the place, a sign of authentic food; it's in my top 3 in the city.
I ordered the Shoyu Ramen — the broth has a ton of flavor, the noodles have great texture and the chashu is tender.
It genuinely tastes like what we ate in small Japanese towns — delicious, with the noodles cooked just right.
