The signature tonkotsu ramen is hearty and packed with rich flavor — the pork belly and chashu were extremely tender.
I loved the broth: thick, rich and tasty, but not too heavy.
The Shoyu had a rich, aromatic broth, and the Garlic Ramen stood out with a well-balanced, not-too-salty taste.
