I think this is the best tonkotsu bowl I've had — including popular places in Japan.
The noodles are springy and smooth, just the way they should be.
The pork is a favorite of mine, with that slightly charred flavor and just the right amount of fat.
Deep flavors, a perfect salt and umami balance, and the toppings — menma, egg, green onion, chashu — are all fire.
Their vegan miso ramen is so flavorful, and I love the strawberry mochi.
