The black garlic ramen was very, very tasty, and the meat portion is more generous than most ramen places.
We came for their legendary Roast Beef Marinated Ramen and honestly our tastebuds are still recovering — that good.
The thinly sliced roast beef on top is tender and delicious, and the noodles come perfectly chewy in a rich, savory sauce.
The mazemen noodles were firm with a great bite, coated in a rich, creamy sauce.
It has a rich beef aroma and is packed with umami.
I highly suggest the Tomato Creamy dish — maybe the best ramen dish I've ever had.
We got the spicy miso and the shoyu, both with poached egg; the noodles were cooked perfectly and both soups were rich in flavor.

The creamy mentaiko is great — my kids love it and the noodles are perfect.
