Honestly the best ramen in Melbourne — the soup is packed with flavor and surprisingly clear.
I'm a fan of their shoyu ramen: complex broth, pork belly melting in my mouth, a perfectly cooked egg and noodles.
The tan tan beef brisket ramen was superb — a super savory, long-simmered broth and soft, juicy brisket.
Easily the best ramen spot in Melbourne — a bit of a squeeze seating-wise, but the food is top-notch.
